1 in custody after man wounded in North Avenue Seashore taking pictures


An individual was arrested after a person was wounded in a taking pictures at North Avenue Seashore Tuesday evening.

The person was outdoors about 9 p.m. within the 1600 block of North Lake Shore Drive when one other man fired photographs at him, Chicago police mentioned.
