A culinary apprenticeship program kicked off Monday at McCormick Place to organize cooks for the hospitality trade’s return.

Among the college students have been amongst these laid off from hospitality jobs initially of pandemic-related shutdowns in March 2020. The Unite Right here Chicago Hospitality Institute program was slated to begin final yr.
